Door Scene
This past week my Digital Media Production and Storytelling class had to do a door scene in groups of three with very specific guidelines that included no video editing, only one Actor or Actress, be within five feet of a door, display a stressful/worrying feeling followed by a sense of calmness/peace.
This past week my Digital Media Production and Storytelling class had to do a door scene in groups of three with very specific guidelines that included no video editing, only one Actor or Actress, be within five feet of a door, display a stressful/worrying feeling followed by a sense of calmness/peace.
I really enjoyed this activity, it allowed for creativity and imagination within our group. Our group decided to do a car scene where one of our members being distressed going to her car due to hearing foot steps approaching as she was entering her car. After the fact, we felt there were some adjustments needed to make it more realistic; however, I thought our project was pretty good because we stayed within the parameters.
